I am an experienced dentist with a special interest in oral health and have spent 30 years treating patients in General Dental Practice. I qualified in Sheffield and have enjoyed working at LWT for 16 years now. Their experienced staff and high standards of care allow me to give my patients the best possible treatment in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Due to the recent research linking gum disease with systemic disease I feel it is more important than ever to have a healthy mouth. My approach is both holistic and preventive. My aim is to ensure that all my patients are able to achieve and maintain excellent oral health and keep their teeth for life.

Dental research and treatment techniques are continually advancing so I regularly attend hands on training courses to make sure that I am fully up to date and compliant.

I fully understand and sympathise with patients who are nervous or who have sensitive teeth so I welcome you to see me for a chat first so we can discuss how to make treatment more comfortable.

I have lived and worked in South Yorkshire all my life and I have a son and daughter and a dog called Pippin. I have a particular interest in alternative medicine and nutrition. In my spare time I can be found walking in Derbyshire, practising yoga or playing golf at Beauchief.
