Private Dentistry

We offer a full complement of Private treatments, able to satisfy the majority of cosmetic and aesthetic requests. Discussions on requested procedures will need to be discussed with your dentist prior to providing treatment. A brief outline of the practice's fees are outlined below, but a tailored treatment plan will be required outlining proposed treatments.

NB: any private appointment booking requires a £30 non-refundable deposit

Patient examination:

  • 30 minute Assessment & Advice / Urgent appointment: £60.00

  • 30 minute New patient examination (including x2 bitewing x-rays when justified, no scale & polish): £80.00

  • 15 minute Routine examination (including x2 bitewing x-rays when justified, no scale & polish): £50.00

  • 15 minute Scale & Polish with the dentist: £55.00

Hygiene services:

  • Routine Hygienist visit: £60.00

  • Extensive Hygienist visit / Direct Access: £85.00

Restorations:

  • Amalgam (silver filling): from £100.00 - £160.00

  • Composite (white fillings): from £120.00 - £200.00

  • Temporary fillings: £40.00

  • Veneers: £650.00 / tooth

  • Bonded (white) crowns: £450.00 (standard) £650.00 (Premier)

  • Metal-free crowns: £650.00

  • Gold crown: £650 + alloy fee

  • Bonded bridgework

    • 2-units: from £1300.00​

    • each additional unit: £610.00

  • Maryland bridge (with bonded wing): from £750.00

Root canal treatment:

  • extirpation: £80.00

  • here in practice: incisor (£380.00) / Premolar (£450.00) / Molar (£580.00)

Tooth removal:

  • routine: from £105.00

  • surgical: from £180.00

Dentures:

  • Acrylic (plastic): from £650.00

  • Metal: from £985.00

Tooth whitening:

​Tooth bleaching including trays (for home use): £360.00

Implants:

  • Surgical placement of implant (on referral): from £1560.00 per unit

  • Crown restoration (on top of the implant): from £1375.00 per unit

Invisalign:

  • Lite: from £2950.00

  • Full: from £3955.00

Missed appointments:

  • Failed appointments / appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice: £20/ 15 minute block
