I graduated at the University of Sheffield, School of Clinical Dentistry in July 2007 with Honours, whilst also being awarded the General Dental Council Prize for Professionalism. I have worked initially in Barnsley and Rotherham, before working in Sheffield, and was appointed as Associate Dentist at LWT Dental Care in October 2009. I became part of the current partnership in April 2013, working at both the Ecclesall Road and Leppings Lane practices.

In 2015, I completed my Certificate in Healthcare Education at Sheffield Hallam University, and have since been selected to become a Dental Foundation Trainer for postgraduate education, with our first graduate intake having started back in September 2015. We see education within the foundation dentistry framework as central to our business development going forwards. The benefits that this programme affords for the workforce, including my own personal development are massive.

Professionally, I have developed a keen interest in Endodontics, and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, and more recently incorporation / restoration of dental implants into an overall treatment plan. I regularly attend courses encompassing a variety of clinical domains, ensuring that my patients receive up-to-date and evidence-based Dentistry. I plan on furthering my education in the future, with endodontic specialisation my ultimate aim.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, and a keen runner and visiting the King Power Stadium as a season ticket holder of my beloved Leicester City.
